We provide support at your site and over the phone lines. We also can fix problems on your computer using the phone lines.

You don't have the exact expertise in house.

You need someone to hold off the aligators while you drain the swamp.

Here's how it works:

We meet with you and help you determine what work you want done and develop a specification and a schedule.

We do the work and bill you on a hourly basis.

Details

Phone support is charged in 15-minute increments.

On site support is charged in 1 hour increments. Travel time is charged if less than four hours.

Billing is done on the 1st and 15th of the month and at the end of the project.
