You pay a monthly fee based on your expected hours.

When you need service, you call us. We do the work and track the time used.

Periodically, we review your time usage. We adjust your monthly bill accordingly.

Details

Phone support is charged in 15-minute increments.

On site support is charged in 1 hour increments. Travel time is charged if less than four hours.
